Falling Behind,

Ok so I know it's been a while. To be honest this blog has not been at the top of my list. I am sure that after Christmas there will be some fun new pictures and things to talk about. But until then you will have to bear with me, if anyone even reads this or cares! :) I will however give a quick update for the chunk of the last month that is missing. First of all, the big news. We had a little bit of a suprise, early Christmas present this year. We just found out that I am expecting, again. This will be our fourth and final, by my choice anyway, child. We, no I, was very shocked and stressed when we found out. Clayton is excited and is entirely supportive. As usual. I am happy now and heading toward excited. The baby is due Aug. 3 as of now. :) Hopefully everything will go well and move right along. Other than that big news, not too much is happening. We have just been going day to day trying to survive. The kids and I have been having fun hanging out with Julie and her kids doing all kinds of stuff.. haha. We did make it to the dino museum and kangaroo zoo together and that was a blast. We all had a good time. Unfortunately I forgot the camera. So no pics. Imagine my kids running around crazy climbing and bouncing on giant blow up bouce houses and slides. That's kangaroo zoo. It's a pretty cool place. So it's been mostly day to day besides that. We have been hit with a big couple of storms this week so there is finally some snow on the ground. I have not gotten any family or nice pictures of the kids this year sorry. I have fallen behind on a few things. Just a little tired and worn out I guess. There are plans for those pictures sometime in the future, hopefully sooner rather than later. So they will be passed out accordingly. Well that's all for now. I am getting another wave of naseau so I am going to go hang out with Parker on the couch and play some Lego Indiana Jones. Merry Christmas to everyone. I love ya, and thank you for your love and support!

O boy, my quirks?

Ok whatever, I'll bite, this time! Ha! Thanks Julie! :)

1: I like Battlestar Gallactica. There, I said it.

2: I love Halo, all three, and pretty much just love xbox 360, wii, and playstation. I am also addicted to The Sims. Yes I am a video game nerd. Although in my defense, I am not obsessed, and I do not pretend they are real life, and I do not find fake video game characters attractive!

3: I love to eat raw cake batter. Yes, I crave it sometimes. I also love cookie dough and brownie batter. I can not buy the refrigerated cookie dough anymore because I just end up eating it all and not making cookies. I know, I have issues to work out.

4: I am addicted to a soap opera. General Hospital. I try to stop watching and just when I think I am over it, I get bored and curious and fall right back into it. I love it. I love the mob stuff. Haha, that's weird!

5: I am in the process of teaching myself guitar.

6: I love to do acrylic painting.

7: I am learning how to sew. Yes me the un-crafty sport player and video gamer is learning to sew, and I like it! :)

There that should be enough random things. Now I am "tagging" Brooke, Nicole, Jullee, and Jackie. Those are the only bloggers I know (that didn't tag me anyway! ) Hah! So good luck!

The Halloween Post...

Ok so here it is. The Halloween Post. A few pictures from our long, long day. We had a pretty good time. Parker had a party at school and then we trick-or-treated the cubicles at Nicole's office. After we finished up with that we had to make the rounds. First Grandma Susan, then Grandma Wise, The Caldwell's and finally on to Brooke and Dave's First annual Halloween party. It was a very busy night. We didn't get a chance to do the "normal" trick-or-treating to houses. We just ran out of time. Oh well I guess. There are plenty more years for that! Too bad though, it was a perfect night. Despite the sprinkling it was still 68 degrees at 10:30 pm, according to our car. That was a very pleasant change from the years of freezing temps and snow I remember so well! But I think the kids had a good time and they were able to do the trick-or-treating at Nicole's office so they still got their candy. I don't know what was wrong with me, or my camera, but none of the pictures I took turned out like I thought, hoped, they would. So, I am sorry for the poor quality, but here are some pictures anyway.

Leaving Nicole's office after trick-or-treating.

Here's the best shot of their costumes I had. The other's are too fuzzy.
If you can't tell, Parker is a "fisher-man", Ali is a Utah Cheerleader, and Garrett is a .....

Monkey! :)

This was a cool house in Orem where the owner's really dress up their yard. It was pretty cool. They also had character's running around in front of it too. There was a pretty good spectator crowd gathered, so it was obviously a well known attraction. They had some really cool stuff that looked right out of the movies/Disneyland.

Alison didn't really like it though..... she was pretty freaked out. Screaming and everything.

Here are 2 of the little monsters.

Brooke did a really great job with her party. There was tons of yummy food and great decorations. She even labeled all the food with different spooky names. ic: The chips were "Dragon Scales", the rolls were "swamp rocks", and the orange drink she made was "mummy mucus" of course that last one kept me from enjoying that drink. She made donuts and chili, and lots of other things. Great job Brooke! We had a good time and really enjoyed the snacks. Well, that pretty much sums up our halloween. Clayton and I just wore our halloween shirts and I tried to do a goofy hair-do but as you can see, there are no pictures of it because it didn't turn out very well!! Hopefully I can get a little more creative next year and start trying to have fun and enjoy it for the kids at least! :)

Garrett's Birthday Party!

It came. My little baby is one now. He eats table food and drinks regular, whole milk.
Wow, that was fast. We did a Cars birthday for him with cupcakes and chocolate ice cream.
He loved opening his presents and did such a good job!
He learned so fast how to rip that paper off to get whatever was inside.
Then he made a fun mess with his cake and ice cream. Man what a cutie! If I do say so myself!
Thank you to all the family that contributed to his special little day! :)

Oh ya, and I forgot we had pizza too! Haha, mmmmm!

Oh ya, dig in Garrett!

Mmmm! Yummy!

Ooooh, cold Ice Cream!!

Yay, what a day! Phew! Well, I was going to post Halloween tonight too, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. I am too tired, and it is taking too long to upload the pictures!! Haha! See ya, and Don't Forget To Vote! :)

Bad? Fun? Hair Day...

Ok so backing up a little bit, I was in the rare mood to do Alison's hair. More that the usual ponytail or pigtails anyway. So after her bath I started braiding her hair. She was tired and whiny and fought it for a little while. Then, she fell asleep, so I kept going. In the morining she woke up and tried to take them out. Luckily she only got some of the rubber bands out so I could still take a picture. Well, when she realized I thought they were "cool" enough to take a picture of, she liked them and wanted to keep them in all day. Haha. It was pretty funny and a nice little experiment. She has asked me to do it again a couple of times since. But, I have to wait until I know I won't be taking her anywhere the next day....

OK, so obviously I am not the best at braiding. However, to my defense, she was sleeping and could not hold her head up. So yes, they were braided in different directions and stuck out all over the place! Haha. But it was fun. It brought back memories of trying to do my barbie dolls hair though, and I got about the same result, just on a larger scale!

Fun at the Farm!

Ok, so thanks to my newly, reunited friendship with Julie, we went to Hee Haw Farm on Garrett's birthday. We had SO much fun. :) Thank you Julie! I think at least Parker could have stayed there all day. We didn't stay nearly long enough for him, and the only reason I could tear him away without a major meltdown was the fact we were heading to Arctic Circle to have lunch and play there with Ammon. Thank you again, Julie! haha! But anyway, we did have fun. It was a really nice day, much warmer than I thought it would be. So here are some pics from that day, for your viewing pleasure....

Little Miss Rural USA

My Boys on the hay ride.

Julie and her kiddos, on the hay ride.

A couple of my little animals.

A giant pig,

And the cuter, not less smelly, little piggies. Parker loves animals, if you can't tell :)

I wonder where he gets that from????

Ok, he was fascinated by this goat, and then yes, he stuck his fingers right in front of it's mouth. Luckily, I am guessing, this is not the first time this goat has had that happen and was good natured enough not to bite him.

Wheeeee, that's all I can say. The kids sure shot down that big one. It was crazy! If I didn't have to help Alison go down it, that would have been a great picture! Haha! The pvc one was pretty funny to watch too. Very bumpy on those little bums!

Here are most, of the kiddos.

And my handsome little 1 yr old bubikins!

Parker and Ammon, buds.

Bouncing on the, hay? Hay covered mattress I think. Looked like fun.

And at the end they all got to pick out a little pumpkin. I am so glad we went. It was a fun experience that will definately have to be repeated! :)

Some recent pictures of the kiddies.

Well here are some pictures of the family to get you started. Most of these are pretty recent, at least since the beggining of Summer. So enjoy!

Family time before bed!

Haha, brothers! Garrett really did tackle Parker. It was so funny, I am glad I got it on camera!

That's my little soccer star, way back there. Number 2 He was really good at "following" the ball, and the action.

Parker loved his hike to Timpanogus Caves this summer. He did such a great job. No whining or complaining, and he made it the whole way by himself.

Look at that little fisherman! He always catches the most or close to the most!

Bathtime! Parker loves bubble baths, who doesn't?

First day of preschool! What a hansome kid!

The giant sunflowers they helped Grandma plant and grow.

So sad, she thought she was going to school too.

Playing in the giant mud hole. She's not afraid to get dirty!

Yes, she is scared to death of the fish... of course I've been known to scream when they start flopping towards me, believe it or not!

Alison's 3rd birthday party. She really is a Rock and Roll Princess!
Look at those baby blues! This was last night before she got her jammies on! Talk about recent... haha!
Mmmm, Licorice!
I was having a very hard time getting him to smile nicely last night. He was too tired and past the point of wanting to listen to me at all!

Crazy hair Garrett! Look at those teeth! Haha!

Ooooo he's mad!

Well, There you go. I have alot more pictures, but I don't want to be here all night! So I will continue to put up pictures of things that happen from now on! Thanks for tuning in! :)
